Dear all,

You are cordially invited to the seminar entitled "Discontinuous Cycles of
The Forced Van der Pol Equation" which will be given by Mehmet Turan, from
Department of Mathematics, Atilim University.

Abstract:
The Hopf bifurcation is applied, through four transformations [1, 2, 3],
to find limit cycles in the Van der Pol equation. This is the first time
that non-linear surfaces of discontinuity are considered. Simulations
are performed to illustrate the theory.
