Özet Let X ⊂ Pn+r be an n dimensional smooth projective algebraic
manifold. Cohomology groups of X is related to algebraic cycles of X
via the Hodge Conjecture. Towards understanding this relation Chow
groups are introduced. In this talk we will examine  algebraic cycles,
Hodge conjecture and Chow groups. I will also present the
representability problem for Algebraic Chow groups.
