*This Summer, we are organizing the “International Congress in Honour of
Professor Hari M. Srivastava”
<http://www.euro-math-soc.eu/node/569>between August 23-26, 2012 in
the Auditorium at the campus of Uludag
University (http://www.uludag.edu.tr/), Bursa-TURKEY.*

*Bursa, the fourth largest city in Turkey with a population of nearly 3
million is one of the most touristical, historical and picturesque city in
Turkey. *

* *

*The congress is in honour of Prof. Dr. Hari M. Srivastava, who has
contributed to the world of Mathematics by publishing a lot of joint work
with many international co-workers including numerous Turkish
Mathematicians. The congress will cover a wide range of topics of
Mathematics, Statistics and related sciences.*

* *

*The web page is under construction and you will be noticed when it is
ready.*

*Accommodation possibilities are several and varies from 5-star-Holiday Inn
Hotel within the campus to student dormitories in and around the campus.*

*In recent years, Uludag University hosted a lot of national and
international congresses. One of those was “International Congress in
Honour of Professor H. M. Srivastava on his 70th Birth Anniversary” at
Uludag University, Bursa, Turkey on 18-21 August, 2010 organized by Uludag
University: *

*and more than one hundred refereed papers were printed at a Special Issue
of Elsevier Journal, Applied Mathematics and Computation, after the
congress. *

*This time, too, refereed papers after the congress will be printed at a
Special Issue of some similar quality journal. The details will be
announced later.*

*During the congress, average daily temperature is expected to be 17o at
night and 31oC daytime.*

* *

*Registration, submission of abstracts and full papers and accommodation
details together with the deadlines for the congress will be announced at
the web page.*



*For Turkish Participants: **We shall apply for financial support to The
Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK).
According to the amount of support, it will be possible to cover some of
the travel and accommodation expenses of Turkish participants under the age
of 35 who are submitting a talk in the Congress. Please fill in the Application

the web page if you are Turkish and under 35, and send by e-mail to
elifc2 at hotmail.com before 10th June, 2012 as the deadline for applications
to TUBITAK this term is 15th June, 2012. *
