Başlık: Integrating Hasse-Schmidt derivations

Özet: The notion of a Hasse-Schmidt derivation generalizes the classical
notion of a derivation. It works better in the positive characteristic case
where the field of constants of a derivation is "too large". In the case of
a characteristic zero field, there is no difference between a classical
derivation and an iterative Hasse-Schmidt derivation. I will discuss
several results about integrating (that is expanding in Matsumura's
terminology) classical derivations to iterative Hasse-Schmidt derivations
in the positive characteristic context. Time permitting, I will mention a
connection between these results and the model theory of separably closed
fields. This is joint work with Daniel Hoffmann.
