Dear Colleague,

ISCTurkey 2014 is organized by Information Security Association of Turkey in corporation with Information Technologies and Communications Authority, Gazi University, Middle East Technical University (METU) and Istanbul Technical University (ITU). The main goals of this conference are to help people to improve their awareness on information security and cryptology, to contribute to increase the accumulation of scientific knowledge in this field, and to enhance cooperation among scientists, institutions, organizations and industries. ISCTurkey 2014 will be held on ITU Suleyman Demirel Cultural Center, Istanbul, Turkey, from October 17 to 18, 2014. Conference languages are English and Turkish.

The main topic of this year's ISCTurkey 2014 is "Cyber Security and Defense" but also more subjects will be discussed at the conference such as National Information Security, Personal and National Information Security in Social Networks, Data Privacy, Cryptology, Information Security, Cryptographic Hardware, Defense Strategies, E-Governance Security, Public Key Infrastructure, Forensics, Cloud Computing Security, Sectoral Applications, etc. We would like to invite all participants to submit papers/articles, workshop proposals, tutorials, etc.
