*Abstract:* In this study, it is aimed to develop a new classification
algorithm which learns subsets of data set by using "nearest" samples in
data set and uses these sets in a fuzzy classification algorithm. Thereby,
natural structures of data will be discovered in the data set and they will
be used for classification method.
