speaker is DUMITRU BALEANU from Department of Mathematics, Cankaya
University and Institute of Space Sciences, Magurele-Bucharest, Romania.


The title of his talk is "NEW FRACTIONAL DERIVATIVES: THEORY AND
APPLICATIONS". You can find the abstract of the talk below. 

ABSTRACT: 


Fractional calculus deals with the study of so-called fractional order
integral and derivative operators over real or complex domains, and
their applications. 

In my talk, I will review the properties of some
new fractional derivatives and I will present their applications to
several real world problems.
