Dear Subscribers,

I have the pleasure to draw your attention to the 31st of Journées 
Arithmétiques.  The conference will be held in İstanbul University 
between July 1-5, 2019

The “Journées Arithmétiques” is the most important European conference 
series in Number Theory. Although it originates in France already for 
many decades it is a real international conference, which is organized 
in a bi-annual basis. The French origin of this prestigious series of 
conference is emphasized by its name, and the fact that every second 
meeting is organized in France, and the intermediary conferences in 
other European countries.

Değerli Liste Üyeleri,

1-5 Temmuz 2019 tarihleri arasında İstanbul Üniversitesi evsahipliğinde 
gerçekleştirilecek olan 31. Journées Arithmétiques'i ilan etmekten 
memnuniyet duyarım.

“Journées Arithmétiques” sayılar teorisinde Avrupa'daki en önemli dizi 
konferanstır.  Fransa'da başlamış olsa da, yarım yüzyılı aşkın süredir 
iki senede bir düzenlenen gerçek bir uluslararası konferanstır.  
Fransızca isminin sebebi, hem konferansların Fransa'da başlamış olması, 
hem de ardarda her iki konferanstan birinin Fransa'da düzenleniyor 
olmasıdır.  Aradaki konferanslar diğer Avrupa Ülkelerinde düzenlenmektedir.
