Dear Subscribers,

I have the pleasure to draw your attention to the 31st of Journées 
Arithmétiques.  The conference will be held in İstanbul University 
between July 1-5, 2019.

The “Journées Arithmétiques” is the most important European conference 
series in Number Theory. It is an international bi-annual event. The 
French origin of this prestigious series of conference is emphasized by 
its name, and the fact that every second meeting is organized in France, 
and the intermediary conferences in other European countries.

The acceptance of presentations by referees will be based on the 
submitted abstracts.  The proceedings will be submitted to Birkhäuser 
for publication after the refereeing process.

Registration deadline is May 17, 2019.

Değerli Liste Üyeleri,

1-5 Temmuz 2019 tarihleri arasında İstanbul Üniversitesi evsahipliğinde 
gerçekleştirilecek olan 31. Journées Arithmétiques'i ilan etmekten 
memnuniyet duyarım.

“Journées Arithmétiques” sayılar teorisinde Avrupa'daki en önemli dizi 
konferanstır.  Yarım yüzyılı aşkın süredir iki senede bir düzenlenir.  
Fransızca isminin sebebi, hem konferansların Fransa'da başlamış olması, 
hem de ardarda her iki konferanstan birinin Fransa'da düzenleniyor 
olmasıdır.  Aradaki konferanslar diğer Avrupa Ülkelerinde düzenlenmektedir.

Gönderilen özetlerin kabulü hakemlerin değerlendirmesine bağlıdır.  
Makale haline getirilen bildiriler değerlendirme işlemlerinden sonra 
yayınlanmak üzere Birkhäuser'a sunulacaktır.

Kayıt için son tarih 17 Mayıs 2019'dur.
