Dear all,

I am organizing a summer school on July 3-13, 2023, here at Bilkent on the
Foundations of Quantum Computational Advantage (Foqacia). It consists of
two parts: (1) During the first week of the school, students will
participate in lectures on the fundamental concepts and techniques. (2) The
second week, the so-called research week, consists of projects led by
mentors and lectures on specialized topics in the foundations of quantum
computation.
Topics to be covered: basics of quantum computing, stabilizer theory,
quantum error correction, quantum foundations, and quantum resources.

Registrations will open soon, and we will announce this from our local
website of the summer school, which will be up pretty soon.
