Title:  Non-vanishing of L [1]-functions at the central point [1]

Abstract: I will talk about two methods used to derive non-vanishing 
results for a family of L-functions; the one-level density and the 
moments of L-functions. I will mention what these methods are and how 
they are used to get non-vanishing.
