On Fekete points for rarefied sets

We consider the problem of distribution of
Fekete points for compact sets. We give some examples
of rarefied sets when Fekete points can be shown explicitly.
Next we discuss a character of distribution of Fekete points
for rarefied nonpolar Cantor-type sets.
