Dear Colleague



We are planning to celebrate the 70th birthday of Prof Okay Celebi with a
special issue on the Journal


`Complex Variables and Elliptic Equations'


We would be pleased if you   contribute a manuscript to this

collection dedicated to Prof. Celebi. Of course all manuscripts will

undergo the usual refereeing process.



We recommend a length of 10--20 pages



The submission deadline is April 30, 2011.
