*Minimum Length in Quantum Mechanics and Non-Hermitian Models*
*Abstract :* We enquire into deformations of canonical quantum
conditions that inevitably lead to non-Hermitian momentum and position
operators and thus to non-Hermitian Hamiltonians. We demonstrate that
such deformed models may be treated at par with
quasi/pseudo/PT-symmetric systems which are currently of active research
interest. For some typical types of deformations we compute the minimal
uncertainty and minimal length which are essential in various approaches
to quantum gravity.
