*Title:* *Quasi-Cyclic Codes*

*Abstract:* Quasi-Cyclic (QC) codes are one of the natural generalizations
of the famous family of algebraic codes called cyclic codes. One can find
very good codes among this family. QC codes are also asymptotically good.
So, they are interesting objects to study. The aim of this talk is to
introduce QC codes and explain what is known about their algebraic
structure. Some of our recent findings on QC codes will also be discussed.
