Title/ başlık: Tower tableaux.   
 Abstract/ özet : It is well known that any permutation w in the symmetric group Sn can be represented as the product of some finite adjacent transpositions si = (i; i + 1)  where  the index  i runs from 1 to  n - 1.
Among all such representations the ones which uses the minimum number of generators are called reduced representations for w. The notion of reduced words has been catching high attention, because of their appearances in many areas that algebraic combinatorics interferes.
In this talk, we introduce a new combinatorial object ”tower tableaux" together with the ”sliding algorithm" which appears as an important tool for studying reduced words in many aspects.
