Akademik bilginin herkesin erisimine acik olmasi bir haktir ve yavas yavas
butun dergiler bu yola girmek zorunda kalacaklar.

Hazir konusu acilmisken sundan bahsetmek isterim: Bilgiyi herkesin
erisimine acmak icin benim kullandigim yollardan birisi arXiv
"preprint/onbaski" sunucusunu kullanmak, makalenizi gonderdiginiz dergi
"preprint/onbaski" yayinlamaya izin veren bir politikaya sahip ise ROMEO
GREEN ise makalenizi gonderir gondermez arXiv e yukleyebilirsiniz. ArXiv
bir dergi degildir, sadece bir cesit "preprint/onbaski" sunucusudur. Eger
isterseniz universitelerce kendi "preprint/onbaski" sunucularinizi da
kurabilirsiniz, Warwick Universitesinin WRAP sistemi gibi (
http://wrap.warwick.ac.uk/)

Eger makalenizi gonderdiginiz derginin yayin politikasi konusunda cok da
emin degilseniz,
bircok derginin yayin Politikasini kontrol edebileceginiz soyle bir kaynak
da mevcut:
