[Turkmath:1504] Re: QUICK PUBLICATION

Yapilan isin savunalacak bir tarafi olmadigi asikar. Hicbir hakem 2
haftadan once rapor yazarim sozu veremez vermemeli. Veriyorsa  de calakalem
biseyler yazar ve makale de hakem incelemesinden gecmis gibi gorunur. Hakem
hic mi oneri yapmayacak. Bu isleri ucuzlada ucuzlada geldigimiz durum
ortada.

Siz yeni farketmis olabilirsiniz ama yayin konusunda Turkiye'de son
derece dolu ve donanimli meslektaslarimiz var.

Bir derginin online acik ve parasiz olmasi, o derginin isik hizinda makale
basmasini mesrulastirmaz. Tanitim yapmak icin hic olmaz.
