Dear colleagues

I have the pleasure to draw your attention to the 31st Journées
Arithmétiques. The conference will be held in Istanbul, between July 1-5,
2019. The conference venue is the Istanbul University campus, situated at
the heart of the historical peninsula

The “Journées Arithmétiques” is the most important European conference
series in Number Theory. It is an international bi-annual event with every
second meeting is organized in France, and the intermediary conferences in
other European countries.

Registrations for the JA2019 are now open. The conference website is
http://math.gsu.edu.tr/ja2019/. The acceptance of presentations by referees
will be based on the submitted abstracts.
