*Başlık:* A Unified h–γ Blossoming for Bézier Curves in Translation
Invariant Spaces

*Özet: *Blossoming is a fundamental tool in geometric design, underlying
many constructions and
algorithms for Bézier and related curve representations. In this talk, we
present an h–γ
blossoming framework for translation invariant (γ1, γ2) spaces, a class
that includes poly-
nomial, trigonometric, hyperbolic, and discrete function spaces. The
proposed construction
combines the ideas of γ-blossoming and h-blossoming within a single setting
and provides a
unified framework for studying Bézier curves beyond the classical
polynomial case. Within
this framework, we introduce the corresponding h–γ Bernstein bases and h–γ
Bézier curves,
and derive recursive evaluation algorithms, subdivision procedures, degree
elevation formu-
las, Marsden identities, and interpolation formulas. In particular, the
parameter h serves
not only as a new shape parameter but also gives rise to interpolation
properties that do not
arise in the standard γ-based setting.
This is joint work with Ronald N. Goldman and Plamen Simeonov.
